How have I managed priorities?
I genuinely enjoy multitasking when it is both feasible and practical. In the past, I’ve faced situations where managing multiple priorities simultaneously was essential for the successful operation of a business I was employed with. During these times, I discovered that organization and punctuality are crucial for daily business activities, particularly during peak seasons. The secret to our success was teamwork. We were compelled to collaborate in preparing, serving, and shipping customer orders, which proved to be a demanding task.
How I Changed course to deal with changing circumstances?
I’ve adapted to evolving circumstances throughout my academic journey. Initially, I pursued engineering as my major but later decided to switch to business due to my preference for a general knowledge base over specialization. As I progressed in my studies, I discovered a greater interest in business connections rather than focusing on an engineering field. To accommodate this shift in perspective, I transitioned to a Business Administration major and have been happy with this area of study ever since.
How do I Learn from mistakes?
Learning from one’s mistakes is a crucial component of personal growth. To demonstrate resilience in the face of setbacks, it is important to overcome self-imposed limitations and choose to learn from these experiences while persevering. I have encountered such situations numerous times in the past, such as project setbacks, and each time the team pulled together. Each instance reinforced my understanding and showcased the advantages of remaining tenacious despite making mistakes. Embracing growth and acknowledging the probability of errors are essential aspects of success in any business endeavor.
What is it like for me to work on a team?
Personally, I have always enjoyed working in a team setting. Collaborating with others comes naturally to me, and I often find myself in the position of providing expertise on assignments or taking the lead in presenting projects to an audience. I’ve discovered that staying organized and being prepared for unexpected challenges is significantly important. The most valuable lesson I’ve learned is that by staying proactive and engaged, others will contribute as well, enabling the team to effectively address problems or complete projects.
In what way do I go above and beyond?
Exceeding expectations, while often considered cliched, can hold personal significance and impact those around you. When I’ve gone above and beyond in my efforts, I’ve noticed increased satisfaction and praise from others. Embracing such an approach as a unique opportunity allows me to choose when it best suits my interests. At times, going beyond might be necessary, whether for your own business or upon the request of someone else. In these instances, the work may challenge you more than usual, but the experience of surpassing expectations is ultimately more rewarding than challenging.
